NPR LAWSUIT UPDATES NEWS

Greetings! My name is Dennis, I am a writer, not a professional, just a blogger with an interest in what William Yeager and his wife are trying to accomplish all by themselves, trying to change the world with their artistic creative talents, and confronting injustice; their mission statement I believe says it best.

The site http://www.npr2019.com was initiated by myself and some others in a way to keep people who are following the Yeagers’ unprecedented case against NPR informed.

William Yeager is defending himself (pro se) against 3 super attorneys (one very dirty). The case is pending, a motion to dismiss has been filed, but the David and Goliath situation is a countdown to the last amended complaint; we believe truth and justice will reign, and if not God help this place and thing we call humanity.

The issue at hand is so pertinent that William Yeager is willing to proceed all the way to the Supreme Courts, wanting to not rewrite, but make provisions to the First Amendment that Yeager believes was originally conceived and written by our founding fathers not to destroy the United States Citizen, but was implemented to keep in-check and protect our freedoms from a corrupt government.
line
“I do not believe the first amendment and giving “rights” to freedom of the press, was written with the intention to protect those who hurt, destroy, humiliate, cause extreme duress and pain and suffering to the People of the United States,” says Yeager.

“The answer to the question regarding whether there be limitations on the press and media is to ask, ‘is this perhaps the time in our history and Nation, that new laws, rules and regulations be legislated and enforced upon the media and press regarding its “freedoms”? Is it lawful and right for our United States Courts and judicial system to protect its United States citizens from serious violations of the Constitution, which was written to secure the Blessings of Liberty, protecting its citizens from ridicule and scorn, is it right to allow the media to fabricate lies, violate every good virtue of human good, is it right for New York Times V. Sullivan to be able to stand forevermore, as a corroded decaying inhumane statute, to institute and enforce its omnipotent, extremely high burden of proof on the American citizen, so much so that one has no chance to defend his reputation in our courts, because of the laws of yesterday, sown by division, that deters and stifles our future of development, and growth and evolution of the human spirit; and, should a law that is flawed, by all American Standards, prevail and be condoned, when serious violations are inflicted upon the U.S. citizen, ones that cause serve depression, mental anguish, loss of income and suicide; should this be allowed, all in the name of the love of money?’” William Yeager

NPR is being sued by not just one, but two people, Ed Butowsky ( $57 million) and William Yeager ($350 million).
line
NPR addressed the Butowsky V. NPR lawsuit, saying that NPR “stands behind Folkenflik’s reporting. Millions of Americans trust NPR to provide accurate information about the world and their communities every day; we take this responsibility very seriously.” Added Folkenflik, “I’m proud of the journalism that we do at NPR and of my coverage, generally, and on this story. I stand by my reporting.”
line
Even though William Yeager filed his complaint months earlier than Butowsky, there is no mention or comment regarding the matter.

There are reasons why.
line
NPR is a public funded institution; people are asked to become donors and supporters; the public provides multi-millions of dollars to provide funds to keep NPR’s operations going, but what they don’t want the public to know is that NPR has violated serious contractual agreements to the public, NOT  adhering to their own rules of conduct, breaking all the rules of their code of ethics, and fabricating lies, defaming private people, and destroying the lives of the same people they ask money from.
line
We all know that celebrities and politicians are up for grabs and ridicule, but nobody expects the radio show “All Things Considered” to broadcast over the airwaves to 20 million people, that someone is a charlatan and huckster, which is a cheat, fraud and refers to someone who has done something wrong in regards to selling dishonestly, and cheating people out of money (no matter how you spin the word, we all know what it means) with no evidence. If NPR would have committed such an outrageous act in another country, surely all those summoned would be put in prison.
